Work History
When it comes to skills, I am a cross-domain generalist with a particular focus on the intersection of education, technology and community.
Below is an account of my meandering professional adventures.
Late 2024 to Present: Freelancing and Developing Education Interventions
I have spent most of 2025 working freelance gigs here and there while researching and developing the 3SC Foundations Initiative (links coming soon).
My work spans from graphic design and administrative support, through web development and deployment, producing live shows, building set pieces, project management and proposal and report writing.
Mid 2022-2024: Administrator's Assistant and Occasional Freelancing
The administrator made all the key decisions, held all the meetings, and handled the day-to-day operations. I drafted, indexed and validated the reports, organized documents, designed branding and signage, and drafted correspondences on the administrator's behalf.
During this time, I also did occasional freelance work, a highlight of which was working with the Up-Cycled Cloth Collective on their brand design and some early content creation workshops.

Mid 2020 - End 2021: Head of Media at The Learning Organisation
I spent the pandemic helping TLO rapidly retool and adjust from in-person only teaching, to remote and hybrid teaching. In 2021, a small team and I managed to complete over 100 coursework and marketing videos (Not recommended. Lessons were learned.). I was tasked with training learners on learnerships as we worked together on-the-job and, occasionally, taught the ICDL - Digital Marketing course.
I also designed the website they still use. Contact: Etienne Myburgh
Early 2019 - Early 2020: In-house Content Creator for iONLINE and its business incubator.
I helped iONLINE and the handful of small businesses in its incubator to create the content and digital assets they needed for marketing and communications. Below is a selection of featured videos.
